Greetings Compatriots,
Welcome to the end of the exciting year, 2012 This is the best opportunity we hade in making this a stronger and better organization to be a proud part of. Our membership can expand and we need to concentrate on recruiting new members by making a positive impression on others by attending all upcoming events, getting the word out about this SCV organization, and supporting the Staff and activities of Fort Donelson.
Our upcoming joint meeting with the Clarksville "Frank P. Gracey Camp #225" the "Dover Civil War Round Table" and InvitedGuest, this joint meeting will be held on October the 9th at 7:00 p.m. at the Stewart County Library Featuring Guest Speaker Peter Mullen from Kentucky. Profesor Mullen will be speaking about 45 minutes on one of two topics. Civil War Medicine or Civil War Feuds: A Family Tradition. Please make a special effort to attend; there will be snacks and refreshments available.
