Evergreen Cemetery is located in Murfreesboro. Confederate Circle was established
in 1890. In 1891 Confederate dead from the area were moved to this, their final
resting place. In 2001 the members of Camp 33 and other attendees to the annual SCV
state reunion dedicated the new historical marker which is pictured below.
