Let Us Take You Back to the History of the 1800’s
THIS HISTORIC GUIDED TOUR is designed to be a refreshing visit through the most historic places of the 1800s. First-person presentations of high intrigue, wonderful courage, love stories and the tragedy of war portrayed by volunteer actors and actresses in period attire and speaking in the first person. Stories you have never heard. Ladies in historically accurate clothing. Soldiers in uniforms. See historical artifacts and see period weapons fired!
- Each of the 6 guided TOUR STOPS will be entertaining, interesting, exciting, and very informative. You will learn about your ancestors and other notables about whom you have heard.
- The first of your SIX TOUR STOPS will begin at the Pickering Center on Poplar Pike. Further details of each TOUR STOP can be found HERE.
- At the conclusion of each thirty minute visit all ticket holders will board an air conditioned bus and ride to the next TOUR STOP.
