Located on 12.5 acres up on a mountain ridge, surrounded by Mountain Laurel, Rhododendrons, Pine and Oak trees, Mountain View is your true mountain retreat.  Enjoy the privacy, relax in your Jacuzzi tub or King bed in your master suite or in the newly installed Hot Tub.

A Super Wal-Mart and shopping centers are only 9.5 miles away in Newport.  This cabin is 24.0 miles from Gatlinburg traffic light # 3 and approx. 18 miles from the Gatlinburg Community Center which offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, 8 bowling lanes, 4 racket ball courts, Olympic indoor swimming pool, pool tables, jogging track and much more - all for nominal fees.

    Mountain View is furnished with a basic kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, washer, dryer, utensils, linens and towels, initial paper goods and soaps (except laundry soap), right down to the finest detail to meet your needs.

    This is a "Housekeeping Units", once you have checked in we consider this your home, therefore, any additional housekeeping or supplies are your responsibility.

    Rental Rates:

    Winter Season:   (December 2nd thru 20th, January 2nd, thru March 8th)

    A four-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended during the Winter Season.

    $105.00 per Night (2 nights min.) + Tax for 2 adults
    $5.00 per night for each additional person 13 and older.

    Value Season:  (March 9th thru May 24th, August 12th thru 30th, September 5th thru 30th, November 11th thru 20th, November 26th thru December 1st)

    $125.00 per Night (2 nights min.) + Tax for 2 adults
    $5.00 per night for each additional person 13 and older.

    Prime Season:  (May 30th thru June 30th, July 8th thru August 11th, October 1st thru November 10th)

    $130.00 per Night (2 nights min.) + Tax for 2 adults
    $5.00 per night for each additional person 13 and older.

    Holiday Season:  (May 25th thru 29th, July 1st thru July 7th, September 1st thru 4th, November 21st thru 25th, December 21st thru January 1st)
